As a Certified Ramsey Preferred Financial Coach, Monica Wales serves clients in Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. Monica spent eight years in the hospitality industry serving in leadership roles at locally-owned restaurants and Hilton properties. She spent 16 years in various leadership roles at a non-profit healthcare organization where she sharpened her skills in hiring, coaching, retaining, and training team members.

Monica is also an owner of Happy Laundry & Dry Cleaning. She serves the team in meaningful ways from relationship building with commercial customers to streamlining personnel practices.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Washington University and majored in Organizational Communications. Monica continued her leadership development by completing Leadership Spokane and the Gonzaga University Women in Leadership Certificate Program.
